The role

The College is seeking an experienced Religion and Ethics Teacher to join our progressive learning environment on a temporary (maternity leave cover), full-time basis. This role is to commence from 2 February 2022 – Term 2, 2023.

About you

You will have:

  • Be a suitably qualified teacher of Religion and Ethics and Stage 4 History
  • Have an understanding of the importance of spiritual/religious growth and critical reflection
  • Be a positive and collaborative contributor to a successful department committed to improving educational outcomes
  • Be confident in differentiating the curriculum in the classroom
  • Have a strong understanding of the application of technology to enhance learning
  • Be a reflective professional engaged in ongoing development and research in relation to your practice
  • Be committed to supporting student wellbeing.

Successful candidates must comply with any current Public Health Order requirements, the NSW Teacher Accreditation Act and provide a Working with Children Check.
