Staff from the College, other schools and universities come together to discuss educational research in a friendly forum.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GARC<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>We proudly support the International Coalition of Girls\u2019 Schools Global Action Research Collaboration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Participation in Pymble Institute Events<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether as guest or presenter, staff are invited to participate in the College\u2019s annual research conference, with opportunities to present research findings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staff are also welcome to attend our Research Conversations afternoons dedicated to discussing and presenting research.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pymble Ethics Committee<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Involvement in the Ethics Committee helps ensure research projects meet ethical standards and guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Student Mentorship<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Staff have the opportunity to provide guidance and mentorship to students involved in various research-related projects such as the Sokratis Research Program and Sokratis Junior (Years 4 to 6).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Postgraduate Network Group<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A network of postgraduate researchers who provide each other writing and editing support.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Annual Fellowship<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>An annual Fellowship program brings an experienced researcher into the College to work with students
