The topic of resilience is so important in education and in the community. In this research report, we ask a group of Pymble Ladies\u2019 College students to tell us about ways the Vision Valley Residential Program develops their resilience as we are interested in understanding the impact the program makes on participants\u2019 experiences of approaching challenge, feeling competent and courageous, and building effective relationships with others. Qualitative research methods allowed for a deeper understanding of these issues and students\u2019 responses point to a very positive impact of the program on their feelings of resilience, especially in girls\u2019 willingness to embrace challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
