Our third program of levels is Learning. These levels focus on building on the fundamental skills while learning how to swim with proper head and body position with a strong and consistent kick. There is a strong focus on freestyle and backstroke technique, streamlines, push and glides, forward rolls and dives. The final level in the Learning program will introduce the breaststroke and butterfly kicking techniques.
