We ensure there is a squad for everyone from simply swimming for fitness to racing for Australia and everything in between.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coaching philosophy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Produce speed with great technique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Progressively overload capacity and power via periodised planning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Build a trusting family-focused team by empowering athletes, coaches and parents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintain health and wellbeing through a balance of training, racing, study, family, friends and down time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encourage goal-setting and dreaming big. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enjoying the journey is paramount and this is encouraged through practising mindfulness, gratitude and empathy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pymble Ladies&#8217; College values<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-3560b670 gb-headline-text\">Respect.
