Pymble STEM Academy

Help us shape the next generation of female STEM leaders
For more than a decade, Pymble has invested in building, testing and refining world-class STEM programs that have delivered exceptional outcomes for our girls.
Along the way, we have discovered what works, what doesn’t work, and what it takes to build sustainable, high-impact STEM programs for young people in a rapidly changing world.
That learning places us in a unique position. We are not only pioneers in girls’ STEM education, but trusted advisors and partners, ready to support schools and communities across Australia to establish, grow and strengthen their own STEM programs.
Our approach is grounded in experience, collaboration and a commitment to sharing expertise for the benefit of all. Our vision is to build STEM capacity in school students across Australia and create a collaborative and competitive STEM learning landscape for one and all.
We are seeking future-focused partners to:
- Directly support girls and young women in STEM, including those in regional and disadvantaged areas in Australia.
- Be part of foundational change, shaping an educational movement that will open pathways for young women in STEM fields where they remain under-represented.
- Build a national pipeline of future-ready female STEM talent from school through to industry.
- Deliver measurable ESG outcomes in relation to gender equity, accessible education and sustainability.
- Align your organisation with Pymble’s 110-year reputation for educational excellence, our commitment to social impact, and the implementation of our Watch Us Change the World strategic direction to make the world a better place for all.
Your support provides
- Equipment and parts for our Robotics, Drone and EV Racing teams.
- Safety equipment, PPE, batteries and chargers.
- Tools and workshop set-up.
- Team signage and uniforms for training and competitions.
- Registration fees and specific kits and equipment for competitions.
- Travel and accommodation for supervising staff at local and global competitions.
- Transport and freight for equipment to local and global competitions.
- Recruitment and training of expert coaches and mentors for Pymble teams.
- Potential to extend STEM learning to regional communities.
Your support is more than philanthropy alone: it is a strategic ESG investment in gender equity, climate capability and Australia’s future innovation workforce.
We are seeking a small number of aligned partners to help us shape the next phase of STEM learning at Pymble and beyond.
