Vision Valley programs are designed to both challenge and delight students, encouraging them to learn, grow and develop physically, cognitively and emotionally.
Our specialist Outdoor Education and teaching staff guide and support each student as they step out of their comfort zones into new challenges, learn about teamwork and leadership, and connect with self, peers and the wonder of the natural environment.
Onsite activities include bushwalking, canoeing and raft building, rock climbing and abseiling, high ropes, mountain biking and challenges courses, to name just a few.
Pymble’s Outdoor Education Continuum (K-12)
Our program of sequential outdoor learning experiences for students from Kindergarten through to Year 12 is referred to as the Outdoor Education Continuum.
Intentionally building in challenge and duration, year on year, it is strategically designed to support the personal growth and character development of our girls.
Outdoor education for external schools
As specialists in Outdoor Education for school-aged children, the Vision Valley team can assist in designing single or multi-day programs to suit the needs and abilities of groups of students from other schools and organisations who wish to make a booking.
We welcome all enquiries to discuss program options that meet the specific needs of our external school clients.
Year 9 Residential Program
Pymble‘s four week, tech-free Year 9 Residential Program is our flagship Outdoor Education experience and a rite of passage for emerging young adults. Components of our Outdoor Education Continuum are embedded in the program through off-site journeys, alongside the onsite experiential learning program.
