Squads
At Pymble Swimming, we inspire confidence in the water while helping every swimmer discover their potential. Our program is built on four pillars: a structured training program, an expert coaching team, a dual-stream competition pathway, and a values-driven culture.
From junior squads to high-performance athletes, our pathway supports every swimmer to reach their potential through expert coaching and a holistic approach to development.
For swimmers ready to take the next step, squad swimming builds on the skills developed through our Learn to Swim program. Entry to our Squad program is based on skill readiness, age and available places. If you are interested in your child’s next step, please speak with our team.

Racing and competition
All competitive squad swimmers race under the Knox Pymble Swim Club (KPSC) – a club affiliated with Swimming New South Wales (SNSW) and Swimming Australia (SAL). KPSC brings together the competitive squads from Pymble Swimming and Knox Grammar for racing, camps and tours.
Racing spans two seasons: short course (Terms 2 and 3) and long course (Terms 1 and 4), alongside school competitions including igsa (Term 1), CIS and All Schools (Term 2), and School Nationals (Term 3).
