Behind every lesson is a wider team working together to support your child’s progress, safety and confidence in the water.

All Pymble Swimming staff are qualified and accredited swim teachers and coaches. Before teaching independently, teachers complete a structured onboarding and training process — learning the curriculum, lesson structure, expectations and the teaching philosophy that underpins the whole program.

What remains consistent regardless of which teacher takes the class: the curriculum, the skills being taught at each level, and the way progress is monitored across each program. Our Co-ordinators and Pool Deck Supervisors support the teaching team throughout every term.
