Come as you are

When you join Pymble, you become a valued member of a world-class educational institution where your passion for teaching is nurtured, wellbeing is prioritised, and your professional growth is limitless.

We believe that a supportive and inclusive environment is the fundamental key to success, for both our students and staff. When you join our team, you become part of our “Pymble family”, a community where every individual is truly valued for their unique expertise and contribution.

The College values of Care, Courage, Integrity, Respect and Responsibility were established over a century ago. Today, we continue to weave these values into the fabric of our daily life. Our goal is to always articulate these values clearly and continue to foster an environment where they are routinely practised by students, staff and parents alike. This commitment is reinforced by our membership in the Diversity Council of Australia. We are dedicated to creating a truly inclusive environment where you can be your authentic self and feel that your work is seen, valued, and celebrated.

“Come as you are and bring your passion for what you do. You will be joining a dynamic and committed team of professionals who find great joy in working together and empowering our students to make the world a better place.”
