How to apply

Complete and submit an Application for Enrolment form as soon as you have made the decision to proceed. Check your application includes:

• all documentation detailed on the form
• a non-refundable Application Fee of $440 (including GST)
• signature of the parent or Legal Guardian responsible for the enrolment.

If your application is complete and a place is available in the grade and calendar year required, you may receive a letter from the Enrolments Manager offering a Provisional Place. A non-refundable Acceptance Fee of $2,000 (including GST) is payable to hold a place for your daughter. A Provisional Place provides peace of mind that a place is being held for your daughter. A successful interview is required not more than two years prior to commencement before a Confirmed Place is offered.

Approximately two years prior to commencement for entry into Kindergarten, Year 3, Year 5 and Year 7, the Enrolments Manager will contact families holding a Provisional Place to confirm their intention to proceed and arrange an interview. Up-to-date school reports will be requested at this time. Families who do not respond or cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe will have their daughter’s enrolment cancelled and their place released. Students on the waitlist will not be invited to an interview unless a place becomes available after the first round of interviews.

Students and their parents are required to attend an enrolment interview with the relevant Head of School or delegate. Following a successful interview, places are offered at the Principal’s discretion.

Upon receiving an offer for a Confirmed Place at the College, parents must accept the offer by returning the non-refundable Entry Fee of $2,400 before the due date specified.

Prior to your daughter’s first day, you will receive pre-commencement information from the College. Your daughter will also be invited to attend orientation events and meet with current and incoming students.
