Dream Diploma

The DREAM Diploma is a bespoke program for students in Years 5 and 6 at Pymble Ladies’ College, created to help girls grow in confidence, independence and character through rich learning experiences beyond the regular curriculum. Across two years, students are encouraged to set goals, embrace challenge and develop transferable skills that support success at school and beyond.
Built around the five pillars of DARE, REACH, EXPERIENCE, ADVOCATE, and MASTER, the program inspires girls to step outside their comfort zones, pursue what matters to them and approach learning with courage, curiosity and determination.
Combining academic rigour with student voice and choice, the DREAM Diploma offers a wide range of opportunities that broaden and enrich each girl’s learning journey. Many of these opportunities see Pymble partner with global organisations including Upschool, the Jane Goodall Institute and Cambridge International.
Students develop resilience, empathy, collaboration, reflection and a strong service mindset, while engaging in experiences aligned with the College’s values and learning framework. Guided by teachers, specifically designed DREAM journals and a strong partnership between school and home, girls are equipped to grow into thoughtful, driven, compassionate influential women who will make a genuine and lasting contribution to their community and the wider world.
