Our Strategic direction and vision focuses on four key pillars designed to build the students’ academic, emotional, digital and social intelligence. Five core values affirm our commitment to the Christian heritage of Pymble Ladies’ College and our identity as a Uniting Church school in Australia.

The Pymble family is at the heart of the College culture.

The Pymble community works as a collective to support and nurture our girls, helping them become influential and compassionate women who have the necessary tools to change the world.

Our Values

The College values of Care, Courage, Integrity, Respect and Responsibility were established over a century ago. Today, we continue to weave these values into the fabric of our daily life. Our goal is to always articulate these values clearly and continue to foster an environment where they are routinely practised by students, staff and parents alike.

CARE

I am kind to myself and others

COURAGE

I am open to new experiences to learn and grow

RESPECT

I value diversity, my worth and the worth of others

INTEGRITY

I do the right thing even when no one is watching

RESPONSIBILITY

I take ownership for my actions

Focusing on Respect in 2025

Pymble understands that values are not something that live on a page but must be brought to life every day through our actions and words. Each year, we focus on one of our values and 2025 is the Year of Respect – I value diversity, my worth and the worth of others. This focus extends to all members of our Pymble community.
